Report filter condition include is equal to, not equal to, contains, does not contain

Current report filters only allowed is equal to option for non-number fields. This lack of option does not allow report that review progress or trainees that does not equal to or does not contain certain words or details. An example where this is required is to have list of exam result that does not equal to successful. Another one for review would be to list research activities that do not contain a selected keywords.

This would be equally useful for CPD reporting as we would be able to see who is not compliant by running a report on those who do not have certain events against their profile.
