Allow the sections on a written itemset to be visible in P4B

We can create sections within an item set but it would be helpful if the name of the section(s) can be seen in P4B when a candidate is writing an exam. Like a banner at the top of each question in that section.
As an example, we have some exams that have different pathologies (Cytopathology, Histopathology, Forensic and Gross). These items are always grouped together in an itemset but would be beneficial for the candidate to see which section they are in.
