Ability to split an itemset into multiple exam administrations (papers)

Currently we create one itemset and include all items on an exam to make. This is when we make sure the exam satisfies the exam blueprint. Most of our exams occur over two days so we manually split the one itemset into two which is quite time consuming. If this could be done automatically, to split an itemset into two (allocating items equally based on exam blueprint constraints).

Secondary to this would be the ability to click a button to shuffle all the items on an itemset. This is to ensure we don't end up with multiple items tagged to one category grouped together.
