MWQ - Ability to modify the marking criteria increments after exam

In the same way we can modify the max marks after an exam is written (Admin button), it would be helpful to also change the marking increments if this was entered incorrectly.
Another related suggestion is for an Approved item, the increments are not displayed anywhere. It is only shown when we can edit the marking criteria but once an item is Approved, obviously this button is removed.
