Support tab delimited text files for bulk import/upload of data (and exporting of reports)

Being able to do bulk import/upload of data via csv file is great, but csv is a generally horrible file format to work with and allowing alternative file format/s would greatly improve the user experience. My personal preference is for tab-delimited text files, which are generally easier to work, don't require you to quote strings that may contain commas and don't screw with date field formats when you open them in Excel (as long as you open the file using the File > Open menu option).
