Changing examiners & students on the day of an OSCE

OSCEs are stressful enough to run on the day. Frequently, an examiner cannot attend last minute and we need to add a reserve examiner. Can we have editing facility to change examiners on the day. Similarly with students, they have to be moved between sessions on the day. We do a mock names or numbers on the day for the sessions to move into. It would be good to have functionality to add/edit examiners & students on the day of OSCE with minimal hassle.
