OSCE Exams - Make the banner text editable during exam setup

Currently, when reading time is enabled the banner presented to candidates/examiners says "Reading / Connection time". It would be good if we could edit this text during the exam setup phase to use terminology that is appropriate for that particular exam eg we would change i to "Introduction time" for our OSCE exams, but for our written exams we would have it say "Reading time".
This applies to all the banners that appear eg Marking Time, Administration Time etc.
