Candidate Feedback Report - Candidate selection / deselection

Improve the way that candidates are selected / deselected for the Candidate Feedback report. By default the full cohort who took the exam are highlighted, and to remove candidates one must find them in the list of candidates and ctrl+click them. This is very fiddly and tricky to do for multiple candidates. I feel it would be far better to have a tick box beside each candidate which can more easily be used to control who is included/excluded.
