Marksheet Schema changed to "custom" when new version of item is created

Creating a new version of an item updates the existing shema to "custom". This has meant that every item with a small edit needs schema added. This leads to an increased risk of error in exam marksheet and many hours spent re-inputting marksheets in order to use items. Also - item statistically information is therefore out of date as schema is lost.

Currently if a schema is updated the only way to reflect this in marksheets is to manually sync each criterion. A batch push out to all stations would be far more helpful
