Reporting on the Section Owner in the Events Report

It would be great to be able to look at an Events report and show in a column the name of the assessor who completed the chosen section.
We'd want to be able to chose the state of the section to report on, Complete/Signed Off for example, and Who Signed off that section, in the Event report so we don't have to create two different report or a multi-report to achieve this.
