Ability to send automatic notifications to user

It would be helpful to be able to set up notifications to be sent at a pre-determined time (quarterly, 6monthly, monthly etc) to users who have 0% progress against a particular goal.

For example, currently with our CPD users, we have to run a report to identify who has not recorded any activities and then extract the report and manually email each individual encouraging them to start recording their CPD activities against their CPD goal. It would be amazing if the system could identify who has 0% progress against the CPD goal and send them a notification within Kaizen telling them to complete their CPD activities.

I agree with this - When a student has created SMART goals and starts working towards achieving them, there is no way that the system can notify a specific tutor that new goals have been created and/or amended.

Apart from the student emailing the tutor there is no way for the system to automate this activity. It would be good to have either predetermined notifications, or student initiated notification to a particular tutor that they have created or amended goals in addition to Daisy's suggestion above.
