Enabling respondee (section owner) details under Event data report when event status is completed

Currently, the newly added reporting function, Respondee details under Data event reporting, are only visible when the event is not yet complete. The image attached shows that the information disappear when the event is completed.
This information is critical in identifying the variety of supervisors requested by a student in assessments across our training program. The ability to review the performance based on different supervisors throughout the training program minimise the risk of favoritism and learning from one perspective only.
It also helps the staff to review the marking standard across the supervisors on regular basis.
