Ebel scoring - view of Items need to be more than the link and ID

When Ebel scoring, the invited Judges can only see:
- Item type
- Item ID
- Link to the Item to see details (which will open into a new tab)
Summary information about the Item should be available on this page so it gives high level information to the user entering Ebel scoring. Only when the user decides to get more information, then they can click on the link to open the Item details.
The recommended minimum summary information about the Item are:
- Question Title
- Question Text
