Examiner Report - deidentified email functionality

Would like to be able to provide Examiner Reports to all examiners where the examiner performance is identified but the co-examiners are deidentified by specific station. Would like functionality to email reports to examiners like you can with Candidates.
We have found examiners enjoy receiving this feedback and it has improve quality of marking as a result.
