Allow users to reorder their To Do list on their Dashboard

Rather than just locking users into having the To Do list order by date of assignment of the task, it would be useful to allow the user to order by other criterion. Date received, Event owner, alphabetical, etc.

Claire Spooner AdminRaised at APAC User Group May 2025. Event name and label etc to sort. Want to differentiate what is needed to do. For now, use publishing in bulk reverse order so one to do first it as the top to workaround this. The reason this is an issue is students are then not submitting the events in the correct order (and reports then not quite correct).
