Report - resource management

As part of our management of radiology images in the Resources bank, we request a report be available for current versions to list:
- User who created the resource
- Date resource was created
- File type of the resource
- Title/Name of resource
- Resource ID
- URL
- List of Domains/categories assigned
This option to print/export a report could be visible in the interface just like the item batch report appears for items.
