Resources - Batch operation options

Can we have the batch operation for items assigned to resources?
1. Tag resources
2. Delete resources
3. Start new version of selected resources
4. Export resources
5. Upgrade blueprint maps
We have existing needs to bulk delete, tag and transition resources.
We have inappropriate blueprinting because of archived or altered blueprints that need to be rectified.
We also consider it valid to assume a group of resources might be required as a download in the future.
