Apply: Ability to customisable display labels

I would like to be able to change the display name of certain entities in the Risr Apply UI e.g. 'booking item' and 'booking option'. This feature could be configurable within the site settings.
It would be helpful to allow organisation administrators to change these display names to terms that better fit their specific business use case, such as 'event', 'exam', 'class', 'session' etc. Terms such as booking item/booking option do not necessary make sense to end users i.e. customers.
