Ability to set marking increments (eg adding/removing half marks) by item type

Controlling marking increments (eg adding/removing half marks) are currently applied at the site level and applies to all item types. The allowed marking increment should be editable for each Item type, rather than applying to all Item types to allow more flexibility for different exams.
