Restrict sections based prefilled fields.
It would be useful to restrict sections based on prefilled fields e.g. "Show this section if ALL of the conditions below are met":
Prefilled field: Location = "xyz"

David Admin MergedHaving a form display based on the relation as opposed to the limited option available of only showing a form based on a role
This is important as to not have to needlessly create roles to help govern what form a user sees. We already have user grouping via relations, it would be good to be able to simply use them to dictate what form a user can see. -

Steve Beglan-WittI think this is vital to successfully managing a trainee-led ePortfolio system where we need specific data - eg adding a training post releases the ability to create assessments.

Nick PoweRCEM agrees with this request - for example, adding a training post event could allow assessments to be created.

Louise Leon-Andrews (RCR)The RCR would like this feature too. It is pretty essential to making our supervisor reports for the new curriculum function smoothly and seems like a basic function - show this field if condition X AND condition Y are met.

Terry Judd MergedJust adding my support to this suggestion. It makes sense to be able to limit the visibility/accessibility of events based on relations as well as roles. In our case this could be to limit the access of particular forms based on a student's clinical school and/or their clinical term.
A useful extension to this might also be to apply the same sort of logic to the creation of timeline categories - so specific categories that only appear particular users with the same role. -
