Collated Multi source feedback
To produce report that enable quick view of responses for improvement discussions, this is currently very confusing especially if there are a lot of questions to go through.

Claire Spooner AdminThanks for your suggestion. We acknowledge that the reporting functionality can be limited when undertaking quality assurance and review type activities etc within the system. We appreciate your thoughts on ways to improve the functionality. To ensure we capture the issues and requirements, would you mind please expanding on the context a bit further please. Thanks.

STHi Claire, thank you for following this up. Currently, the report for MSF responses based on date collate all responses per question with comma. It's not a useful data when the self-rated responses from trainee is mixed up with responses from external feedbacks, and I am not sure if they're in order to make sense of it.
What would be useful is a view where each responders' answer per questions is displayed in a column of a table so it's clear what each responders' answers are for each questions and category. That's a start anyway.
If we put ourselves as the end user reports, i guess it's a great way to start figuring out how easy these information are presented for a meaningful review instead of decoding the report and encouraging terrible Kaizen CX . -

David AdminHi Stef,
Thank you for the suggestion. Just to mention that I think you could already separate the trainee responses from the external feedback by creating one set of blueprints for the trainee section, and a different set of blueprints for the external assessor section. In this way you could separate these two outputs and have the trainee feedback in one column, and the assessor feedback in another column. -

StefHi Dave,
The self assessment questions are already separated into a different section. I haven't been able to produce a friendly view of the answers in either tabular or detailed report format though.
Thanks.
