Ability to specify the release date and time of hidden sections of completed events
Once a workflow is complete the sections of an event become visible to the owner, including any with the 'Hide responses until the event is completed' option. This usually works well, but for certain event types we'd like to 'quarintine' all completed assessments until a specific date and time, so that students can all receive their results (ie see the assessor completed section of the event) at the same time.
We currently manage this by including a final 'admin' user section on these events, and requiring all assessors to submit their completed sections to this user. The admin user sits on the events until the required date and then submits them all individually, making the assessor sections visible to students. This is fine if only a small number of submitted events are involved but for large cohorts it's quite a slow and painful process to manage.
