Attaching file resources to Item Marking Guide

Examiners should be able to attach medical articles, holistic grids, notes in PDF, doc, or image formats into the Item Marking Guide as supporting resources to the required marking. This would be particularly useful when multiple Examiners can create/edit/review/update an Item in the exam.
