Tick Box Functionality

The addition of a Tick Box functionality that could be included in Events would be useful.
Tick boxes are very commonly used in digital forms (e.g. survey/application/consent forms) to allow users to select one or more options.

Emily O'Reilly MergedThe addition of a Tick Box function being available when building an Event would be useful and appreciated, e.g. in an Application Form, using a Tick Box to confirm the associated Application Guideline had been read. The Boolean slider is useful, however it has some shortcomings that a Tick Box function would resolve.
