Likert values can be selected as a condition in a goal set

I would like the ability to be able to apply a numerical value to a field/blueprint for the purposes of running reports, but also be able to use the individual value as a condition in a goal. At the moment I have to choose between 'Discrete' or 'Likert' to do this.
