Ability to embed images/videos in a FAQ's without hyperlinks

Can we please have the option to embed images and videos in the FAQ's without having to hyperlink to external sources? I find that there are risks with embedding hyperlinks for instructions, the user has to go elsewhere in order to retrieve the information.
